French utilitarian brand Bleu de Paname launch into the spring/summer 2014 season with a capsule collection using purely natural indigo dyes.
Parisian fashion house Bleu De Paname are known for their refined takes on traditional workwear so it came as no surprise when they released their latest offering of indigo dipped goods. Like all their products, the Indigo capsule collection is proudly made in France, with each garment treated to the traditional hand-dying process – bathed several times and naturally oxidized to obtain a deep blue hue.
The garments within the range embody the brands French spirit and heritage by incorporating design elements of work wear uniforms with contemporary designs. Key pieces include a cardigan with shawl collar, L/S thermal shirt, T-shirt, scarf, and a pair of pleated chinos. The indigo collection will be available at Centre Commercial (Paris), Hunting and Collecting (Brussels), 290 Square Meters(Amsterdam), Civilist (Berlin), Dover Street Market (London), Opening Ceremony (New York) and at Hypebeast online store.
