Hip Parisian brand April77 has teamed up with even hipper Atlanta-based band Black Lips to create a black denim sleeveless biker jacket. The project coincides with the band’s launch of Nightmare Field from their new album Underneath The Rainbow and purchase of the limited-edition jacket includes a box set with a flexi disk of the track and a poster of the band.
In conjunction with the release of the new piece, Black Lips has also released a new music video entirely produced by April77 and directed by Bryan Bankovitch: a cool, `50s greaser-inspired promo that even parodies the recent infamous Kanye Bound 2 video. Romantic!
The collaborative jacket is released in a very limited-edition of only 100 box sets (jacket and flexi-disc) exclusively at April77 stores in Paris, and on april77.fr.
