Reminiscent of the bedrooms of two sisters, this adorable free-standing boutique on Cat Street, the shopping artery connecting Tokyo’s pulsing Shibuya and Harajuku neighborhoods, is quite a family affair.
Enter the store to find yourself in a room filled with memorabilia of a fashionable little sister. Browse vintage inspired apparel, delicate lace tops, leather jackets and precious, unusual jewelry that has a nostalgic feel. Continue upstairs to find yourself in the room of that big sister you always wanted to borrow clothes, boots and accessories from. While handful of other brands hone a sweet and feminine aesthetic, Casselini, the house label, makes a much bolder statement but, just like sisters, you can see the family resemblance.
