Now 2 years on since its inception, Amsterdam-based denim label Benzak Denim Developers looks forward their 3 production run of handcrafted jeans.

We’re all about supporting new talent through the WGSN denim blog. From graduate designers to new upcoming labels and start-ups its always great to shed some light on these young designers. Lennaert Nijgh of BDD is one of these emerging talents and earlier this month he launched his third crowdfunding campaign on Kickstarter (where BDD was originally launched) to support his 3rd instalment of his premium jeans line.

New for the season includes 2 special jeans; BDD-016 black black, the first non-indigo style for the label a slim fit black warp/weft jean as well as the BDD-006 heavy slub, the heaviest yet for BDD a chunky 16OZ. As always the jeans are produced from the best Japanse fabrics and handcrafted by Lennaert himself in Amsterdam. For your support to the campaign, Lennaert is offerings pledgers reduced price €219 (normal retail €279) as well as free BDD tote bag.

If you like what BDD is doing, and want to support the project, please check the Kickstarter page and follow on Facebook and Instagram. The brand will also be showing at the upcoming Selvedge Run trade show in Berlin next month, so if your in town make sure you stop by the booth to see the jeans up close.
