Take an insider’s look backstage at Roland Mouret through the lens of hair colorist Berry Bachen from MAINENTRANCE Artists.

“This look is the makeup version of power-dressing” said makeup lead Val Garland. Nars Black Valley Eye Paint was blended from the corner of the eye up across the crease and out to the corner of the eye. The eyelid was kept bare giving the look a modernity. Shiny, berry lip gloss was dabbed onto the center of lips to finish it off. Manicurist Anatole Rainey continued the “vampy” vibe with Chanel’s Rouge Noir nail polish painted on long, oval shaped nails. A bare triangle “like the slit found in the back of a woman’s skirt” was left at the top of each nail. Hair was kept sleek and chic in a tight french twist.
