Look: Young Glamour
Makeup: Celso Kamura for MAC
Hair: Celso Kamura
Nails: OPI & Sally Hansen
“Alexandre wanted a young, fresh girl that still had some glamour. The makeup I opted for is fresh, natural skin like a girl’s. I brushed matte brown eyeshadow all around the eye to give depth. It was complemented with a golden eyeliner (a custom mix of MAC Pigments in Gold and Golden Olive). Fake lashes are on the external corners and I used brown mascara to open eye without loosing the natural look. The blush is soft, pearl pink for a healthy, illuminated look. I left the mouth it’s natural color and applied only a lip balm. It’s very simple makeup because the clothes are what is important.” – Kamura
Products (all MAC): Select Moisturecover, Blunt Matte eyeshadow, Brownett mascara, Improper Copper Cream Colour Base, Blunt Powder Blush, Pigments in Gold and Golden Olive, Lip Conditioner Stick, Kryolan Dermacolor Camouflage Cream Concealer
“The hair is simple but at the same time glamorous, so people will perceive that it has been worked on. I worked with two textures, frizzy and straight. We divided the hair, made some braids and pressed them with a flat iron so it would create a frizzy new texture once unbraided.” – Kamura
To complete the golden beauty, nails were glazed in gold. OPI’s Corry Up Don’t Be Late! was layered with Guilty Pleasure by Sally Hansen for a foiled metallic look.
