Babakul Denim

Co-founder and one-time co-owner of True Religion jeans, Kym Gold-Lubell, has officially launched her own line of denim and trousers. Named Babakul, French for “hippie,” the collection follows menswear-inspired trends with vests, feather-light trousers and denim. The pants have slash-back pockets and subtle details, like calico prints and printed linings. The brand has a sophisticated feel and none of the bells and whistles that accompany True Religion.
