British artist Gary Hume teamed up with Marni, one of our favorite collections, to create prints for the F/W 10 collection, and the knits are now in stores. Hume, known for his use of simplified designs and bright colors is an appropriate fit for the design house. Founded by Consuelo Castiglioni, its creative director, in 1994, the Italian house is famous for its bohemian prints and edgy, eccentric blend of clashing colors. Hume’s unique designs for fall feature on double-faced cotton printed knits. Previous partnerships have included a collection of PVC bags with the French artist, Claude Caillol.
