Brooklyn-based photographer Davina Zagury credits her love of children as the main source of inspiration for her artwork. With sets like DouDou, Siblings, Animals and The Land of Lost Toys (shown above), it’s easy to see how her creativity flows. The lonely toys tug at our heartstrings and were featured in our recent Runway Roadmap, Ghost Story.
DouDou, one of our favorite projects, features children with their favorite toy. With adorable kids who nostalgically remind us of our own beloved toys, it’s no wonder Davina Zagury’s work has been shown at the Musee de L’Elysee Lausanne in Switzerland, London’s Robert Sanderson Gallery and Israel’s Zman L’omanot TA. Check out more of her work here.
