American Apparel Gets Polished

Interesting new nail colors have been popping up on runways and streets lately, and leading purveyor of hipster wares, American Apparel, has jumped on the trend. The company released a line of 18 nail lacquers that include colors like “Office”, a mint green tone inspired by a legal pad found at their headquarters, and “Factory Grey”. Other quirkily named tones include “Coney Island”, a soft pink, and “Pinto”, a reddish-brown, referencing the eponymous bean. In line with their mission to produce domestically, the polishes are made in the USA. Now available for purchase in store and on their website, these fun colors are meant to be seasonless. Here’s to green nails all year long!
