This week we have been lucky enough to be out in the beautiful Pacific Northwest exploring the Active market throughout the city. Long nicknamed “Sport City” for good reason Portland, Oregon is a thriving hub for Active brands both big and small. That said, we set off to check it out and report back on our favorite finds. Boasting multiple sports teams Portland is home to the Trail Blazers and the Portland Timbers, and soon to be home of the Portland Thorns.

The city is also known for being home to many of our favorite monster Active brands including Nike, adidas, Columbia and more. On this trip we took time though to focus on some of the newest retail popping up around the city. Many Portland brands from Snow Peak to Poler to Keen are claiming the city in a big way, and we couldn’t be more excited about the ever-changing retail landscape of the city.
