Swedish jeans giant Acne have launched a capsule collaboration with an unusual partner for an awesome unisex denim shirt range. The company is none other than the transgender/transvestite fashion magazine Candy and their partnership has produced three different takes on the classic Western shirt. Madrid-based editor and publisher of Candy, Luis Venegas, took inspiration from his favorite 80s TV series, Dynasty.
Big sleeves decorate ‘Krystle’, ‘Sammy Jo’ features subtle ruffles at the neck and the most dramatic of them all – ‘Alexis’ – comes aptly equipped with a large bow. The range was launched last Thursday with a party at Bistroteque in London, where bar staff modeled the range. Photos thanks to Candy Magazine’s Facebook page.
