’50s Flea Market Happy Hour


Nothing says “1950s” like a two-martini lunch and a happy hour that starts promptly at 5:00 pm everyday. And, of course, there is no better happy hour vessel or all around eye candy than the ‘50s bar. Yes, these mid-century marvels look somewhere in-between a ‘58 Chevy and a diner booth, but what good Eames era family would put their precious liquor in anything other than two tone studded vinyl? I spotted this fantastic bar in a field at Brimfield Antique market and if my packrat apartment could have handled it, I would have been cocktailing in true ‘50s fashion.
