1. Sweat the Style

This is a fashion inspired health and wellness site set up by Adrianne Ho (who is Canadian, but based in LA). She’s a super cool fitness influencer and model with a string of high end fitness collabs under her belt– the latest being the Nike Lab x Adrianne Ho. The blog focuses on her very L.A lifestyle (think beaches and kick-ass workouts) along with her personal stories about her diverse heritage (she has a French mother and Chinese father) making her a key one to watch- she has a TV show coming soon too. She’s also helped a lot of brands who are trying to break the Asia market with someone who can be a genuine brand ambassador.

2. SporteLuxe

2016, what a year! This year: I’ve introduced #dairy back into my life, I’ve clocked up 65,216 miles, I’ve been on 33 planes, visited 8 countries, have opened a Sporteluxe office in Los Angeles and I’ve never been healthier and happier! Check out a recap of my 2016 dairy journey by tapping the link in my bio // #Cheese #Yogurt @thedairykitchen // Shot by @wandererandthewild A photo posted by Bianca Cheah-Chalmers (@biancamaycheah) on

This started life as a humble Australian based health and fitness blog set up by business lady and founder Bianca Cheah and has evolved into a full global lifestyle website, similar to the well + good style online platform, with content for both Australian and USA specific audience. It’s imperative reading for anyone interested in the active industry in BOTH nothern and Southern hemispheres.

3. ConceptKicks

Your one stop shop for footwear inspiration, it features mainstream brands and showcases independent designers that aspire to work for them – or who are independently doing stuff on their own schedule and setting up their own brands/ collabs. The photos are perfect moodboard inspiration and I could spend hours looking at the videos of how each shoe is hand crafted.
