New York: Derek Lam’s diffusion line, 10 Crosby, is just a year and a half old, but it has quickly established an identity. It has become known for its laid-back elegance, and it has emerged as the go-to label for pajama pants. Lam has released a version of the pant style in all of 10 Crosby’s six collections. Luckily, the trend is still going strong. This season, he also put out a wide-legged style inspired by Thai fisherman pants. Lam added visual interested with color blocking, as well as a playful dot pattern that appeared for both knits and wovens. Though he wasn’t necessarily pushing any boundaries, the offering’s strength was in its on-trend separates and its easy, confident attitude. –Joanna Manganaro
