By combining art and nature for their newest store design concept, the opening of Adolfo Dominguez’s flagship brought renewed life to one of Madrid’s most fashionable neighborhoods.

The beautifully designed Serrano 5 store is perfectly in sync with the company’s eco-friendly philosophy. While the nature theme is present throughout, each floor has additional defining design traits relative to their specific markets of coverage. As a result, the women’s floor takes on a feminine feel with silk curtains, delicate light fixtures and light wood floors, while the men’s floor offers up an equally impressive shopping space with a more masculine edge of exposed brick walls, vaulted ceilings and a modern fire place. Warm lighting, pops of colors and charming wall motifs set a cheerful tone for the kids collection while toys, dolls and drawing materials are on hand to keep them entertained. Exit Art Gallery will draw shoppers to the top floor with special exhibitions, projections and videos, as well as a divine bar-lounge serving a wide range of vegetarian dishes that pair well with the cocktails on offer.
