Intimates inspiration littered the runways in Milan on Day 2, namely at Prada. Anything by the star designer inevitably ends up in stores by next season, and for spring, graphic bodysuits that married sweet pinup girl silhouettes with racer-inspired panels were the order of the day. Anteprima opted for a more modern take on the paneled look with engineered knits, while Moschino favored a slinky allover lace number.

Of a more daring nature were hip-slung boyshorts at Moschino and Krizia. The former materialized in demure laces, while the latter presented disco-inspired shorties in gold stretch lamé.

Bandeaus don’t look to be going anywhere soon, with several designers sending them down the runways. Again, Prada featured elasticized bandeaus with coordinating prim pencil skirts. Albino picked up on the lady-en-déshabillé vibe, styling his ruffly bra with a sheer full skirt; while No. 21 opted for a more structured take on the bandeau with a cupped demi in cotton plaid.
