On many of London’s runways, what seem like prints or graphics on tees at a distance turn out to be intricate beadwork upon closer inspection. A mix of sequins, bugle beads and pearls imitate dip-dyes, flower appliques, tribal graphics or geometric repeats, adding a handcrafted luxury to simple shapes. – Sharon Graubard
