We’re in very patriotic spirits today in London: yesterday, despite the traditional English weather of rain and freezing wind, we watched the 1000 boat pageant down the river Thames and partied at local street parties all around the U.K. Today the Union Jack flags are a little soggy, the sky is still a little grey and the victoria sponge cake has all been eaten but we’re still feeling in the spirit and looking forward to a whole summer of great British events, including the Olympics!

So this capsule collection by Evisu is definitely appealing to us today: the brand are calling this mini range their ‘Denimpics‘ collection and it includes a collection of tees, two jeans and a short.

The shorts, named Lot 2000 2012 Olympics Union Jack Diacock feature the red white and blue of the union jack in upsized Diacock style on the back, the first pair of jean, named Lot. 2000 2012 Olympics Union Jack Seagal Jeans feature the Evisu gull design on the pockets with a union jack twist. The second pair of jeans, named Lot. 2000 2012 Olympics Double Shield & Seagal Jeans feature an embroidered red gull on one of the back pockets, as well as a specially designed British and Olympic coat of arms on the other pocket.

Each pair of jeans are £210 and the shorts are £170. All are available to buy online and in store right now. They’re a really great, commemorative denim collection with a big dose of british humor and we think they’re going to sell out fast.
