The model/muse/photographer designs a capsule collection for the luxe lingerie label.
The first images from the much-anticipated collaboration between fashion royalty Julia Restoin-Roitfeld and luxe lingerie label Kiki de Montparnasse have just hit zee interweb, whetting our appetite for next Wednesday when the capsule collection is slated to hit stores. The mother-to-be (among many other slashies) plays model in a series of sultry, softly lit black-and-white photographs. The images have a slight voyeuristic quality, with Restoin-Roitfeld snapped waking up in the morning (perfectly made up and coiffed, no less), pulling on her stockings while gazing off into the distance and lounging in a state of undress and distress.
As for the lingerie, itself, we spy hints of retro inspiration in figure-flattering underwire cups, cinched-in panels and modest silhouettes; while healthy amounts of lace keep the look oh-so-French and entirely seductive.
Visit kikidm.com to find out where you can snag your own piece of Kiki-Roitfeld when it hits stores December 14.
