LES ESSENTIELLES Paris: Though Chloe has seen a handful of designers helm its studio over the last decade and a half, they have all managed to remain consistently true to a sporty femininity that makes the label resonate with sophisticated yet youthfully-minded women internationally. For R/C 13 Clare Waight Keller assembled many of the house’s contemporary hallmarks for a collection that seemed to capture that effortless Parisian chic that defines the “Chloe Girl”. Slouchy slacks and elastic-waist shorts were ensembled with alluring silk blouses and vintagy sweaters, while clean pieces like a buttonless camel coat and a pale wrapped maxi-skirt kept the look sleek. —Kibwe Chase-Marshall
