Move over crackle and magnetic polishes, Croco topcoat is the new nail effect.  German based beauty company, LCN is behind the textured nail polish, appropriately titled CrocoFever.  The finish is similar to crocodile or snakeskin, making it possible to match your nails to your favorite pair of shoes or handbag. A sophisticated alternative to crackle, it’s perfect for the holidays. The reptilian polish is currently available in four luxe shades: Croco Eyes, Black Leather, Ruby Forever, and Rescue Red.

For best results: Apply a base coat and two coats of polish of choice first, allowing the polish to dry for four minutes. Make sure the polish is not too dry or too wet, but tacky for the Croco to adhere correctly. Once polish is tacky, apply the Croco Top Coat in quick stokes; the thicker the application, the more dramatic the result. Give it 4-5 minutes for the unique reptilian effect. Finish with a clear topcoat. We like!
