The legendary Jacques Polge is the “nose” behind some of Chanel’s most beloved perfumes. Egoiste, Coco, Chance, Coco Mademoiselle, Allure and Bleu are just a few of his creations in the 34 years he’s been with Chanel. Below is an interview done with him at a rose garden in Grasse, France in May 2010, where he talks about roses and fragrance.
