To celebrate the launch of Victoria Beckham‘s spring/summer 2012 Denim collection, AnOther will be launching a fashion film, directed by illustrator/animator Quentin Jones and styled by AnOther’s fashion editor Agata Belcen on Wednesday November 30.

The film, entitled Steps for 2, is inspired by the youthful energy of the Denim collection and the French New Wave and incorporates Quentin Jones’ striking filmmaking style of cartoonish style of surreal photo-montaged animation. Using fashion’s typical straight down the line beauty and turning it on its head, the short film blends paint and collage to adapt photographs of animals and the female models in Victoria Beckhams new line to create powerful and humorous images. Her quirky and imaginative style transforms these everyday objects to create a stunning, kitsch and fashionable film.

Alongside the film Exclusive, Victoria Beckham will also be following in the footsteps of Kate Moss, Björk and Rachel Weisz, as Guest Lover on the AnOther Loves stream. For two weeks, she will post her favourite luxury, inspirational products.

The countdown begins!
